Ingredients: Ancho Pepper

Typically Used In: Salsas, Spicy Dishes, Mexican Meats. Marinades, Spice Rubs, Molés, Enchiladas, and other Authentic Mexican Cuisine. Essential ingredient in all variety of Chole Powders.

Heat: Approximately 1,000 - 2,000 Scoville Units. Fairly mild in heat but rather provides more depth in flavors somewhat fruit and smoky.
